NA INVESTMENTS
Woodlines Primary School - Sports Oval
Lythgo Civil designed and constructed a sports field for Woodlines Primary School, including a running track, cricket/football oval and a basket ball combo court. This project was successfully completed in 2022.

Cut and fill earthworks, imported Type A fill which was compacted and trimmed.

Installed strom pro pipes and concrete pits. Including agg drains and swales.

Kerb prep and parameter spoon drains. Placed class rock, compacted and trimmed. Finished with crusher dust and artificial grass.
Cotton On Group
Head Office Car Park
The Lythgo Civil Team delivered a 2000 space staff car park for the Cotton On Head office. From start to finish, poviding bulk earthworks through to line marking and light landscaping.

Carried out bulk earthworks, with soft spot rectifications and sub grade stabilisation works.

Installed 750ml-225ml storm pro, with pit installations. Adding environmentally friendly bio swales and agg line drains.

Placing class rock, compacting and final trimming. Asphalt paving, kerb prep and Kerbbing.

Soft landscaping, planting Oremenal Pear trees, building of garden beds filled with Australian natives and grass.
Fynsford Bricktown
Fynsford Town Centre Development
One of Lythgo Civil’s current large scale commercial projects. To be completed in 4 stages.

ROSEMONT
Staff Accommodation
Our experienced civil team was contracted to design and construct a building pad for new accommodation, for Rosemont Studd employees. Project completed in 2022.

Stripped top soil, removed all uncontrolled fill. Imported in clay for a solid sub base.

Installed storm water storage system, including tanks. Design and constructed mains water system into each accommodation pod.

Built Treated pine retaining walls and garden bed edging .

Constructed driveways and car parks for each pod.
Torquay Sands Golf Club
In 2021 Lythgo Civil used their expert knowledge to extend Torquay Sands Golf Club water storage from 1 mega litres to 10 mega litres.
Water Storage - Project Compleated
Cotton On Group
In 2021 Lythgo Civil was contracted by Bowden Corp to complete the Earthworks, drainage and pavements for the Cotton On Group Visual Merchandising Building.
VM Buliding - Project Compleated
Bowden Corp
Lythgo Civil was selected by Bowden Corp to complete the Civil works for the Cotton On Childcare Centre, including drainage, footings, pavements, kerbing and car park extension.
